Set of Four (4) ARABIA KANERVA Mocha Cups and Saucers Mokkakuppi designed by Göran Bäck. For sale is a set of four vintage stacking mocha cups and saucers from Arabia of Finland. These are in the KANERVA pattern and were designed by Göran Bäck in the early 1960s.

These rare cups were designed with no handle, instead using the novel Saturn-like ring to protect the user from burning themselves. They stack into very neat and compact towers so are easy to store and fun to display. The surface is decorated with black branches of heather on a white background. Each cup is marked with a circa 1964 Arabia'Made in Finland' crown back stamp.

Saucers have the same marks with the addition of date stamps. CONDITION:Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a some items with crazing on the bottoms, but not on the top side. DIMENSIONS: 3" diameter (at the ring) x 2" tall. See all photos for condition and description.
