Fantastic antique pair of coffee cups and saucers very much in a Rococo Revival style. Richard Klemm is known for fine painting on porcelain of exceptional quality. Very beautiful white eggshell ribbed porcelain, cups and saucers lavishly painted with medallions of polychrome flowers and fan like gilded Rococo motifs. Excellent condition, bit of loss of gilt on the handles, two small chips on the lip of one saucer on the underside with little hairlines, but not really disturbing because of the ribbed structure and busy pattern.
